PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

A1 WebDesign Co. offers several services related to the design of web sites. As such, initiation of our services is non refundable under any circumstances. A 50% deposit is required on initiation of services with the balance due upon completion. Services totaling $350. US or less are paid in full up front.

Accounts are automatically renewed on a yearly basis. Hosting and domain name renewal are charged to the client's credit card each year unless we receive notification by email or in writing that the client wishes to cancel service. Notice of cancellation is required 30 days prior to the 1st of the month in which the service would otherwise be renewed. For example, if your account is due for renewal in the month of January and you wish to cancel, we must receive notice from you by the 1st of December in writing or by email. The onus is on the client to inform us of cancellation of service.

A1 WebDesign Co. offers several web site promotion services. The fees we charge are for the act of submitting your web site to the search engines and directories offered as described in our packages. These web site submissions are sent to the search engines and directories for consideration of including your site AND DOES NOT IN ANY WAY GUARANTEE THAT YOUR SITE WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE DIRECTORIES WE SUBMIT TO. Inclusion of your web site in the search engines and directories is at the sole discretion of the each company we submit your site to.

A1 WebDesign Co. will not be held liable for any disruption of service or loss what so ever related to the products or services we provide.

NATURE OF CONTENT

We do not handle content of an immoral, pornographic or illegal nature. Activities of an unsolicited nature of any kind, including email activities, is prohibited. Any orders placed for sites containing content of the above nature will be rejected. Discovery of any of the above on a web site hosted on our servers will constitute breach of contract and will be removed without warning and without refund.

A1 WebDesign Co. will not be held liable for any copyright or legal issues which arise from the display of any content what so ever on your web site or through activities related to your web site.

A1 WebDesign Co. will not be held liable for any disruption of service or loss what so ever related to the products or services we provide.

Upon Placing an order with A1 WebDesign Co., you agree to all of the above terms and conditions.
